Beta 19 of the Animation Plugin, and 0.2 of the RIB exporter plugin for
Moray are now available from:

   http://pages.hotbot.com/arts/are/index.html

Several minor corrections: 25 FPS and custom FPS are handled properly,
interpolation type is propagated throughout a hierarchy, ...

Biggest addition is that anim plugin now talks to the RIB Exporter, and
can invoke a RenderMan compliant renderer [tested with BMRT & demo
version of RenderDotC].
